What can I return?
Damaged, defective and/or incorrectly supplied books and DVDs
You must notify us in writing within 21 days of dispatch of the item. You must tear out the first 15 pages of the book and post them back to us or post the DVD disc(s) to us and we will replace the product with another copy of the same product (provided the product is returned in mint condition in the case of a DVD) and will post it to you free of charge. If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
How to return an item
Put the packing slip/invoice with your product and include a brief note describing the defect before sealing it in a new parcel. Please also email a photograph of the defect to email@example.com.

To speed up your refund, it is advisable to forward us all details with regards to your return.
Once we receive your returned item and photograph of the defect, we will post you a replacement copy or if there is none we will refund your money as soon as we have verified that everything is in order.
Cancellation of orders
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of placing it. We will refund your account immediately if the goods have not been dispatched, failing this, once the goods have been returned in the condition in which they were when dispatched to you.
